Since its foundation in 1950, HECKLER AG has specialised in the cold forming of steel.
Primarily, large annual volumes (> 500,000 pcs. p.a.) are manufactured. At three works located in Niefern-Öschelbronn, the following are situated on an area exceeding 7,000 m²:
- The Company Group’s central administration
- The Central Research Department for all production processes and tools
- State-of-the-art toolmaking, in which all manufacturing tools (e.g. forming tools, punching tools and multi-stage tools) are completely produced in-house
- Cold forming using single-stage and multi-stage manufacturing plants (manual and fully automated)
- Quality Department including measurement and testing technology

Oberlungwitz
With a history spanning more than 100 years, the Oberlungwitz site has been part of the HECKLER Group since 2004.
At this site, HECKLER manufactures medium-sized volumes (>100,000 units/year) and large production volumes (>500,000 units/year).
The following areas work on a production area exceeding 5,000m²:
- Administration
- Cold forming using single-stage and multi-stage manufacturing plants (manual and fully automated)
- State-of-the-art, in-part interlinked installations for mechanical postprocessing
- Quality Department for process-accompanying inspection and controlling manufacturing

HECKLER Romania S.R.L.
Since its foundation in 2006, HECKLER ROMANIA S.R.L. has developed to become a competence centre for automated and manual quality inspection and for postprocessing processes. A new works with in excess of 8,000m² production area was completed in 2016. HECKLER ROMANIA S.R.L. is now also able to reproduce medium-sized cold-forming processes for medium-sized (> 100,000 pcs. p.a.) and large annual volumes (> 250,000 pcs. p.a.).
